Alright, bought another $20 fogger from Walmart with a timer, I hate it. The longest you can set it to burst is 10 seconds, don't get much fog in 10 seconds. I did 10 seconds on and 10 seconds off and the thing shut down for 3 minutes after 5 cycles. I WANT A GOOD FOGGER. One that fogs for over a minute then sits for 20 seconds or so, then is good to go. What can I buy in the $250 range that will do that and is available to get before the 30th.
Thanks for helping the old dork!!

wait do you mean 25 dollar range or 250 dollar range?

if around around 25 you may need to spend a little more money, get a good 700 watt fogger and up these range from 40-50 for a 700 watt 60-90 for a 1000. try to get an Eliminator 400 or 1000. i just got a new 700 watt fogger for $40 w/timer included and lighting effects good deal in my book, i got this one from a Spencer's store.

I have a cheapy "Heshan lide" 400 watter it still works fine but it will not last long. Spend little more for a 700 watt or 1000 make sure it is made by a good manufacturer it will blow fog crazy and cleaned nicely it may last for years.

    You go boy!

Type in "$250 fog machine" into google and see what comes up.
American DJ and Chauvet probably make decent ones at that price point.

    Spend that money!

On principle, please don't buy from VEI. They were pretty deceptive and unhelpful last year with some of their machines.

yes you should get a Chauvet fog machine those are the ones you want, Chauvet Hurricane series are awesome foggers. You probably want the 1700, that one might be right for you.

if around 300 get the 1800 watt Hurricane, you can shoot at any angle up to 90 degrees vertical for a huge smoke/fog effect. American Dj i heard is a good brand also but chauvet the usually the big/primest foggers you can get.

If I get a good machine, like an American DJ do I need a timer? Can I just have it run always? Is there a button on the remote that you just press and it stays on or do you have to tape it down? This is for outdoor so I'd like it on all the time Thanks for all the help so far
