Found this site and wondered if you could just build these yourself for a lot cheaper? Any thoughts?

Why build them when you can get them at the dollar store?

We don't have anything like that here at our dollar stores. I wish we did!

I just bought some 38 LED spotlights on ebay, only $3 each (shipping included), but takes forever arrive. You will need to allow time for 2-3 wks shipping. I ordered 3. Another option is the Harbor Freight free flashlights, 9 LEDs and bright.

Go to Radio Shack, they have a bunch of LED's, they also have the plastic battery holder. Cost maybe a buck each. Then all you need is wire and a tube. I used their LED's in my displays, for eyes and such. They work great and they are really simple to work with.
