I just built this (below) for about 160$ and it is programable to any sound track. due to the installed picotalk @ 80$

Build time was about 5 hours

I have last years model and the only problem I find is that I put new batteries in it...play it once or twice and by the next day the batteries are dead. I suppose something is draining them but I DO shut it off so I have no clue how. It is a full skelly so there are lots of other uses like Calvin said.

I bought last year's model when Wal-mart.com put it on sale for around $30.00 a couple of weeks before Halloween.
He's a nice prop and a very well made skeleton. He's the best looking skeleton I own now.
All the electronics and movement come from the head part, so if you just wanted even a decent skeleton, you could find a new head and strip off his uniform and candy box.

Just slide his body onto the legs and pop on his head and I think that's about it. The worst part is trying to get him back in the box
