My cow talking skull's wire broke that moves the jaw.
After looking at cowlioius website found the wire is called music wire.
Does any one know where I can by at a retail store.
I won't get it in fast enough if I order it.
    Thanks.

The audio wire used for speakers should work. You can find it at almost any retailer that carries sound systems of some type. Such as; Radio shack, Best buy, heck even Walmart may carry it. just look in either the automotive audio department or the electronics department where they stock cables.

Music wire? It's probably guitar strings they are refering to. Go to a music store and get a set of 09 or 10's for an electric guitar and that should do it. 9's will be thin [the first three of the six strings] and 10's are slightly thicker. It'll probably come down to the high E or B string of the set that is the right thickness for your needs. The brand doesn't matter, so get a cheap set. This will take care of a support wire for the jaw, if that's what you mean. For passing audio signal, any home stereo speaker wire without connectors [unless needed] will do.

If it is the support wire, if you can take a piece with you do so. Then you can open the set of guitar stirngs at the store and match up the thickness perfecty, the first time. Guitar string packs aren't sealed, so you can check this easily.

The wire moving the jaw is called music wire but it is the same steel that is used in RC airplanes and you can get it at any hobby store that sells rc stuff. It is only a couple of dollars a 3' piece. you can cut it with heavy wire cutters. (Don't use the ones for electronics as they are smaller, softer and will be destroyed in the process) You need to put a Z bend in each end for your attachment points. They also sell a jig for bending the wire, I have one and it is great but pricey. You can bend it almost as well with two pairs of pliers. Hope this helps, Keith

Like soundmankkc said any hobby store that carries RC stuff should have it. Just take it with you and ask the clerk to match it up for you, if you tell him what it is you are doing they may even bend it for you. I fly Electric airplanes and that is what I used in my 3axis skulls, works perfect on my jaws as well. Bends easy with a pair of pliers to hold it and longnose pliers to bend the Z angle, no need to purchase the SPECIAL pliers. If I knew what thickness you need or length I could probably mail it to you I have got lots of pieces.

Go to any music shop and snag a guitar string. Probably a B or E string should be plenty thick enough, and shouldn't cost much more than a $1.50 if they sell singles.
Plus you have enough left over to fix it 5 or 6 times.
