I have this prop and it is my favorite, but I have ran into a problem. His right arm (the one with the knife) is making a clicking noise at the elbow once he lifts the knife to his shoulder.... Has anyone had this problem and how is it fixed?? I HAVE VIDEO IF SOMEONE IS WILLING TO LOOK AND HELP... THANK YOU!

Sounds like the servo motor is having trouble, check to see that something has not loosened up allowing gears to slip a tooth. Does the arm still function with the normal range of motion?

Yeah I'm with soundmankkc, sounds like the gears have slipped out of normal alignment, and are trying to keep moving after its designed range of motion.

your best bet is to put the video up on photobucket and link it here so MANY of us can try to help diagnose the problem. lots of problems with those and alot of solutions here...
Just my suggestion...
