Two quick questions: I have this product and it is great... problem is someone misplaced the 120v ac adaptor 9 v (L-shaped input)...Which leads me to these questions:
1) Where do I get my hands another? Can I go through Spirit to get it?? What the heck is there number?
2) I need an education in AC Adaptors... I have many laying around my house. I doubt I can use any old adaptor, but if someone can explain to me others that might be compatible, that would be great. Any solutions are welcome... Thanks!

I've got one of these girls. I'll try to dig it out tomorrow and post an update with details of the wall wart, and try to suggest a replacment.

I just bought two of these from Parts Express. Radio Shack stopped selling adapters with multiple plugs and now you only get one plug of your choice when you buy one.

I haven't received them yet and probably won't get them until Thursday so I can't give you a review. For moving things, the amperage required is probably higher than for lighting/sound props. 1.5A is pretty high for an AC adapter but that doesn't mean the one that came with your prop isn't specialized. Since you say you lost it I'm not sure if that photo you posted is the one that comes with it that you found a photo of or just a generic one you have lying around that you want to use.
Also pay close attention to the polarity.

You don't need a special adapter from spirithalloween. If that pic of the adapter you posted is the one you need. Then, all you need is an adapter that has an output of 9v and 1.5amps.
The amps can actually be higher cause it will only use the amps that it needs but not lower. The volts must remain the same.

Buckles,
Here is some information that should be of help.
You need a wall transformer that supplies 9 Vdc at 2 Amps. The connector is a 5.5 mm, with positive polarity 2.0 or 2.1 mm center hole. Much like this one currently on fleabay as item 220680293461, for $7.50 w/ free shipping. Of course one from anywhere should work, and the ebay one ships from Hong Kong.
Cheers,

Radio Shack hooked me up... had a full day of troubleshooting, but i'm back on track with all of my props...
You never know year to year what will be the next thing to break... just have to stay positive...
