Ok, a friend of mine is thinking of temporarily redoing the walls in her rented apartment with this stuff, and she shared this link with me.
Somebody in the Halloween world REALLY needs to jump on this bandwagon and make Halloween themed tempaper for walls!

It's not quite the same as your example, but a lot of people on Etsy do vinyl wall decals that are halloween themed - go to etsy.com and search vinyl wall halloween, and you'll see some good examples.

I think that some of the Victorian-themed ones (scrollwork, lanterns, chandeliers, etc.) could work very well, in addition. Target carries many, as well as one with a tree and birds, which could be ominous if used right. Not that I'd know anything about making a place look creepy or anything...

OMG this stuff used to cost me a fortune. I did a bunch of this in my house before it got popular. The prices on etsy are awesome!
