Placed order last month for my son's costume. Have not got it yet. He has party in a couple days! I have heard nothing from them. I am getting a little upset. I emailed customer service.

I've had trouble. Placed an order for their cemetery gate, was told the order did not go through, used a different card, order went through, l.and behold I have 2 gates.

What is the status showing on your order?
You can go into your account and it will show if it's shipped or being processed.
I hope it shows up soon for you.

a year ago i ordered stuff and it never came. i canceled my order with them because they said it was backordered, but never told me.

I am sorry for the bad times some have with Spirit online, I have ordered 3 times from them and have had, ZERO issues with them! Easy, fast and great prices, if I were you I would call them and find out whats going on,,,,

I'm currently having issues with Spirit Online Store. I ordered Fog juice from them, as I was ordering many things and just decided to add some to the order to save time later. Turns out liquids cannot be shipped internationally (I'm residing in Canada). They shipped it out to me, only to have it stopped and held at the border, then shipped back to them. I'm now stuck with a 147.00 bill for fedex which Spirit is refusing to pay. Extremely dissapointing

I hope not, they are supposed to be shipping my costume in time for Halloween! That being said, I ordered Thursday night and the status still shows "In Process"

I wont order from spirit online. they are horrible. I ordered some props a year ago and never got them, only to be told they were on backorder or out of stock. i got my money back, but wont order online ever again.
they do have a facebook page though that you can yell at them on, lol

I sent Spirit an email yesterday and the replied that my order is packed and ready to ship. They also informed me that the distribution center is here in Dallas so I should have my costume in time. Lets hope so!
