This is my gigantic back yard that I would like to turn into a grave yard. This is what I have so far. Any suggestions on how to make it look busier? We still plan to add more tombstones and a mausoleum. At night time this yard has absolutely NO lighting. Any suggestions for that so that people can at least see what they should be scared of lol

It's a great canvas to work with. I wish I had that much space. The sparseness is kinda creepy by itself.

More tomb stones, a mausoleum or any structure.

Perhaps some creepy looking fake trees (or groups of large branches), a fence, ground breakers etc.

    You can do so much.

Gigantic, Gigunda!!! I would make hundreds of tomb stones but as you get further away, less detail, until about 1/4 of the way back then just start cutting shapes out quick out of the cheap foam / cardboard. Get some Darker Fresher Dirt & put it on random graves. Oh the Possibilities.

Wow huge space to work with! I like the idea of ground breakers. What about gates, fencing perhaps a reaper looming about the graveyard. Some fog, fresh dirt, evil pumpkins and such would be nice too. If your doing a purely graveyard theme it kind of limits my creativity. I have a tree hanging ghoul, super cheap low cost low quality gravestones, a cocoon victim and waiting to be added this year a motion activated MIB. A cocoon victim might work if you had a place to hang it from. Or a noose victim? Such a wide open area to work with it's almost to much.

Large dead branches/small trees to add character, drying cornstalks tied together, a big scarecrow, pumpkins, etc.

Yes it is a HUGE space to work with. So many ideas, so little time. These are ALL ideas we are exploring. I love the dead tree branches idea and the fresh dirt to look like mounds. We have a lot of work to do this weekend to try to get the majority of it at least started. We already have the cornstalks and a couple bails of hay we plan to spread out for a bit more ground cover. Great ideas everyone keep em coming and I'll keep you all posted on the progress.

some simple wooden crosses would be a cheap way to help fill the void.
