One of my absolute favorite props quit working. It's a totally ghoul brand, skeleton that rises out of his coffin and talks. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried taking an animated prop into a repair shop of any kind and if they were able to get it working again?
Thanks

I wonder if computer repair shops could do this. That's a good question. I want to know if you find/found on and how it turns out.

Hmmmmmm..... Maybe even a TV repair shop... They have all the tools and skills needed to do any electrical repair. Best of luck finding one!
A Halloween prop is a terrible thing to waste..

Seems like a small motor repair shop (lawnmowers?) could handle it.
"Where ya going, baby? You going to get the corpses?"
"Yes, Moe...I'm going to get the corpses..."

you could buy a new one and then put the broken one back in the box and return it for a refund lol. yes i'm guilty of doing that, but hell you pay good money for something and it breaks! worse they can tell you is no or offer you an in store credit. doesn't hurt to try.

My bleeding tombstone that I got at Target two years ago broke while sitting in storage.
I fixed the part that snapped, but the motor isn't pumping the blood. Many of them were broken and bleeding in the store. Bummer that they weren't made better since they are such a fun product.
What I'm trying to say is I feel your pain!

I wish I could find someone to repair fog machines...I have a storage box full of dead ones... :/
I think stuff is just being made more and more cheaply...so it can be thrown away instead of fixed.....which sucks for us that buys these Halloween props that aren't always re-made the next year..if we wanted or had the money to spend again.
