You could also work off of the Gemmy Billy Bone (sang Bad-to-the-Bone) fish from years ago.

I used one of these, if you can find one.......
I had to take it off the base and paint it.......

I would love to find a Big Mouth Billy Bones one, but in the meantime, I am making my own out of wood. I found a couple of templates on the internet, printed them out, glued them to a piece of wood and cut out the outlines with a jig saw.....I am not sure which one I will end up using:
