I was wondering about store bought latex/foam masks.

I am using one to go on a "dummy prop" for outside......

Does anyone know how well they stand up to the outdoors for the month of October?

If not very well....is there anything you can do to them to weatherproof w/o changing the look or harming the material?

    Thanks very much!

Most rubber masks stand up to the weather just fine. It s the people who take a liking to them you have to worry about. I have had a couple stolen over the years.

Yes I worry about that. I'm hopefully gonna try and make the mask be permanent. So I guess instead of them taking just the mask they will have to take the whole thing. LOL
