Thread: Vmusic 2 and Prop-1 Question

I have (I think) fairly simple question for anyone who has used the Vmusic 2 module with a Prop-1 microcontroller. How much of a pause is there between stopping one audio track and starting another, and do I need to account for this in my programming or will that last command just wait untill the Vmusic 2 module is ready? In other words does the Vmusic 2 module "think" quickly or is it relatively slow. If anyone has some real life programming samples using this module and microprocessor I would really like to take a look at them.

p.s. I know this module is notoriously buggy and many people have started moving away from it, but its what I have so I am trying to make use of it.

I've messed around with the Prop-1 and done some BASIC programming but not what you're looking for . I have read exactly what you stated and found the solution is, from what I understand, the EFX-TEK forum. What I saw was a section devoted to ways to get straight and workable answers to your questions. I have used their forum in the past and the members are always willing to help .Especially Johnny Mac.
