I modified my new Spirit lurching vampire.

    YouTube - lurching vampire.MP4

I bought one of those vampire heads and cut it in half then tied it on the face of the prop like a mask. So I can take it off if needed. I think it is much scarrier!

Do you guys like it better this way or the original like in the following video:

I do think it looks scarier and the face color does match the hand color but when I look at it I see a woman's face with a man's voice. Maybe it's the high thin eyebrows, or a thinner face, really not sure.

Its not a woman. It is a male vampire.
    Here it is online

Maybe I should trim some of the hair away if it looks too much like a woman.

The mask is good. It's a shame to lose the mouth/jaw movement though.

Yea I know. That is why I posted the question.
I am kinda on the fence. The mask is a lot scarier but the eyes and jaw are cool.
He is going to be in a dark corner of our haunted house and will lurch at people when they walk by, so I dont know if anyone is going to stop to admire the face long enough for it to make a difference. I found that most people, when startled, just run !

I have the bride's head too. I am going to make a standing bride vampire with her head and have her in the room right before the lurching vampire.

This thing is a piece of garbage. The gears stripped on it today so now I have a $100 statis prop. I might put a shaking motor inside of it or something but his lurching days or over!!!!
