I am doing a Vampire theme outside this year and I have a cool fountain at the entry at my front door. I thought it would be cool if I could add a fog effect to it. Does anyone know how I would do that? There is a picture of it in my albums but since I'm on an iPad I can't seem to paste the BBC code into here. Can someone take a look and help with with some ideas? Would a mist maker do the trick? Should I add lighting? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I'd suggest a mist maker with LED lights or dry ice pellets tho a mist maker would probably be cheaper...your house is beautiful btw
By the pricking of my thumbs...

Thanks for the compliment! Do you know if the mist makers come with LED lights? If so, know where is the best place to get em?

I agree with Grotbags about the mister fogger with led lights. I used dry ice last year and it was a pain in the neck to keep it going along with hosting a party. To much effort and it dosen't last that long. Or you could stand in front or it and scream BOO!!!!........sorry couldn't help that one
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing,Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before

Just saw one on Amazon for $23. Search Mist Maker.

Yep a mister (diffuser) with LED is the way I'd go.
Red food coloring in the water and strands of moss draped over it.
If you don't want to go the colored water route then maybe a red spot light "hidden" in a pile of bones below the fountain placed so it shines up at the fountain.
I suppose if you could get really creative and get a "cheap" plastic hollow skull from say Dollar Tree. Give it a spray of some "faux" stone spray paint. Cut it so that is can covers the lion's head in such a way that the water pours from the skull insead of the loin's mouth. Might have to use a bit of hose to "help" direct the water from the lion to the skull.

I like Stinkerbell's idea, I second it. Depening on how porous the fountain is, red food color may stain it...be careful.
