My guess is that you have some blockage in a line...I've had to take mine apart a few times and get a needle in the little valves and lines, make sure isn't any large debris stuck somewhere.

Could be 1 of 2 things But I believe its the first. Your Nozzle is clogged . Had a similar problem a few years ago. I was able to take the nozzle apart and use a Fine strand from a wire brush to poke into the nozzle and clean it out. The fog juice if not properly cleaned, hardens sometimes in there. The pump is making noise since it doesn't have the force to push threw the hardened material. Thinking back I believe the nozzle was threaded on.
as a second option I would say the line which carries the fogjuice from the tank is clogged, some units have a small screen on the end of the line check to make sure no debris is stuck in the screen.

    Hope this helps

the screen ins clean so it isnt that the fogjuice in liquid and clean it didn't harden probably do the nozzle fix to do this maybe cat hair or thin debris are in there,

some smoke does puff out but not a steady stream, so that is the main issue.

hello--try replacing the fog juice with distilled water.run that thru the machine to help clear the nozzle.if the water sprays out ok the fog juice will.

cryptoid's got it, you should empty your fogger every year at the end of the season and run distilled water through it, if you do you'll never have this problem again.

i heard to also do that with some distilled vinegar heard it stops clogging but the fogger was pumping in the liquid too slow so i dont think it'll help it out. i have to clean it with a needle in the nozzle or something.
