    Hi all,
Just wanted to share some photos of a PVc air ram which I built. I attached a plastic Skull head to it, and built a wood frame for him. I will either hook it up to a motion sensor or I might use a manual trigger for the solenoid valve, haven't decided yet.
I will post more pictures once I have figured out what he will wear.

I attached the files, but will work on putting some pics up in my posts, have to get my site up.
Also working on a pvc fence for my Grave yard i will post pics seperatley.
    Happy Haunting All

Cool. Did you drill and tap a hole for the fitting? I used a coupler on mine, and then used a 1.25" threaded fitting. Then went to a barb. I'm super paranoid when it comes to things like this. So if I can avoid drilling and tapping I will lol.

Can't wait to see it done. Going to put it in a can or what?

As for the air Fitting. I used a Unibit and drilled the hole out so that the brass fitting had to Tap it's own threads. I put some Teflon tape on it for good measure. I clamped the end cap in a vise and then I was able to wind the fitting in with a 9/16 wrench. The plastic was soft enough for it to hold nicely. I am going to run it about 25 to 30 psi. I could go lower to drive the ram but the head weight needs a little push. As for the Can I was thinking I might try that approach. I also had thoughs of making some shorter versions, and having hands that could raise up , almost as if monster in a coffin or box were trying to break out thru the wood.

both pretty much the same First one is before I mounted the prop to a frame.
not sure on the best way to post video clips but I'll give this a shot. There about 10 Megs each.

Here is an updated pic of my Skullman with his outfit on. I stuffed him with hay and ran the pneumatic tube up the leg hidden under the pants and hay. I staked him down to the ground with a piece of 1/2" EMT, which I secured some ties on and drilled holes above them to block the tie down from being easily lifted. I then nailed a tent spike into the ground and secured a teather line from his leg to that just incase. These measures were only taken since Last year they stole my Pumpkin man pop up prop.

    Enjoy all & happy Haunting.
