    This is my sign. FINALLY!

Photobucket and firefox not getting along...

    http://s717.photobucket.com/albums/w...t=DSCF2172.mp4

    link works.

I used LED's from eBay, and a controller from www.bigclive.com (Clive is really cool) and some white styro I found on the side of the Long Island Expressway - 10 sheets of 4' x 2' x 1.5" -- SCORE!

Not quite done yet, i still have to set up minispots for "the" and "inn"

Overall, the sign is 4' H (Plus 1 foot elevated above my roof) x 8' W. Held onto the roof with a trio of wood triangles.

The sign ties in with our Haunted Hotel theme, and next year, (yes thinking of next year already) since all teh guests went crazy, rather than committing them to some other institution, they State just came along and turned The Helena Inn into a Mental Institution, keeping everyone in place - and allowing me to recycle my sign into next year :-)

    OK, now I am pissed...

I have tried 4 different way to upload to photobucket - EVERYTHING i try to send fails, except the bulk uploader - which doesn't do video.

I tried putting it up on my website, but then it won;t play from there either.

WTF?!? I know i can;t be everyone else... but this video plays on my laptop and on Facebook.

    any advice anyone?

look at the size of the video fill and see if it might be to large for the settings.

Two things to try, First if you are running a PC load the vid file into windows movie maker and save it as an avi. This will dramatically drop your file size making it easier to upload.

Second have you thought of opening a youtube account? It is free and the most widely used and therefore compatible with about 99% of website and forums.

Good luck! Can't wait to see the sign if you can get the vid up.
