Well I figured I would show you what I was able to make for $4.00. I bought a mask at a yard sale and a an old lantern assuming I would build a Grounds Keeper this year.
I spray painted the lantern and then I recieved a box of eyeballs as a gift from a friend. I was just waiting for PVC to build him when a mannequin ends up being given to me for free this morning!
Needless to say the build got alot easier and I want you all to meet GROUNDS KEEPER LOU.
