A couple years ago I made a mooning scarecrow prop for our front yard using pvc pipe for frame and foam pumpkins for the head and butt. It turned out cute, but the pumpkin butt fell off the pvc frame. I cannot remember the exact adhesive I used, but know it had to be applied with a caulking gun and it was blue. Before I try to repair it again this year, what kind of adhesive would you recommend to adhere foam to plastic and will hold up outside in cold/windy weather?

I use gorilla glue to mount my props to framework for pneumatics. I haven't had one fall off yet. Of course I consider wind to be tame compared to a thrashing corpse. Just cover the end of the PVC with it and forester bit or spade bit out the prop opening and slide it in. Should cure in about 5 hr, but I would let it sit for a day though. I did this with tombstones too. Works like a charm.
Side note---just make sure you seal the cap on the glue. Can not tell you how many times I forgot to replace it and ended up throwing it out. The stupid mistakes we continue to make.

Thanks...I think I may even have some gorilla glue left from another project...if I can find it!
