Can't you just soak them or wash them with Tide or another laundry detergent to give them the blue glow ?

i saw on here that tonic water is flurescent under a black light. could you soak your cloth in tonic water and just allow it to dry in????

what about squeezing the ink from around 5 highlighter pens into some tonic water and saking the cloth in that??? I reckon even diluted down the ink would still show up under a black light.

    or something along those lines.

    edit..

heres how to get glowing water anyway: http://www.break.com/usercontent/200...our-own-243313

Not all states allow phosphates in detergents anymore, which is one way to make cloth glow under blacklight. Regardless, detergents with 'whitening' will cause cloth to glow, thats why t-shirts and white socks always glow in black light. RIT whitner is a safe bet, but I also have had a lot of luck with good old Wall Mart Purex.
