Here is this years chiller. I haven't tested it yet but it is based on the vortex design. I added a small fan on the output to help push it out.

Tell me more about the fan! What's the diameter? How much did it cost?

It is a fan out of an overhead projector that I found being thrown away. It was in a plastic enclosure but I took it out and had to modify the bracket and the blades to get it to fit inside the 4" pipe. It isn't really strong but that is what I wanted. I just wanted enough to pull/push the fog out.

I need to find/make a similar fan for my fog pipe. I need something that will fit within a 3" pipe. I'll have to look at the second hand stores to see if I can find something with a simple fan I can use.

Other's have suggested computer fans, which may also be a good fix.

Find a local computer store and check with them. I needed a small fan to keep my green laser cool and they had alot of different sizes for good prices. I only paid $6.00 for mine. Radio Shack's prices are terrible.

Another member did a coffin chiller....i need to build on next year.
