I went to Walmart.com looking around a week or so ago and was surprised to find full sized skeletons(5') for 65.00. The pictures looked OK and the proporations looked better than the BUDGET BARNEY. I decided I would take a chance and order a pair. I used site to store so I didn't pay shipping.

The first one arrived in about 5 days, the second showed shipped at that time. I still don't have it. According to Walmart it is still "in transit" which I believe means lost. Anyway, these are blow molded but unlike bluckleys they have decent detail. The skull is fixed to the spinal column but it looks like a pair of screws and it would be free to be removed or at least turned to look to the side.

The spinal colum is has some weird foam disks in it near the hips. The spine does turn at the hips. I'm not really sure what their purpose is as the spine does not bend at them.

The sholders are held on by for lack of a better term a "u joint" type fixture that allows very good movement.

The hands are not poseable but look pretty good

The feet are more Blucky like as they are one peice without indivual toes, but the ankles have what appears to be a solid joint. The knee does actaully have knee caps in place.

The hips are intresting as there is a long relief cut down the femur that allows the bolts holding the leg to the hip to slide down and out of the way, this lets the skeleton's leg pose in a very natural way.

(sorry no pic yet of hip joint)

The tag for those intrested in the manufactor and such

I'm not really sure what I'm going to do with the one I have and the one Walmart owes me yet. I'll probably corpse one using spider webbing as I haven't tried that method yet and the other I have no idea.

That does look pretty awesome. I've never been a fan of walmart, but that's tempting.

Oh, how I wish these skelly manufacturers would make the hands posable though.

I agree for the price and with no shipping it was a pretty decent buy.

I failed to mention that the wrists are held together by a odd sort of joint that I'm really not too sure of. Its a metal "o" with a bolt through it. you can sort of see it in the hands pic.

If anyone wants a specific pic I'm sure I can get it up in the next few days if you ask.

I think they were online only. Maybe they are already all gone. I sent for the importer's catalog so I may have some more info about them when I get it. We'll see.

I tried putting in the SKU but no luck that way either. Maybe take it with you to Walmart and see if they can help you in person

I grabbed one of these guys at our local Halloween City store that just opened. They are selling for $50.00 each which is good but we got an extra 30% discount due to a "friend and family sale". $35 total, couldn't pass him up. They're nice for the price!
