Ah, the old Douggie hack! Looks great. I especially like the dark eye sockets before the lights come on.

Nice job woody! I have a douglas fir that I have not found the time to play with yet. Maybe I can give it a try this week. Any help or tech advice before I tear it down? Let me know. Thanks!

Ive had him for 2 years and also hadnt had time to tackle him. It only took a few hours to do. The large target skull fits perfect. just cut out the eyes and I cut the mouth along the jaw line. Pulling the tree apart was fairly simple. the toughest part is getting the mouth to fit around the plastic piece of the trees mouth. I trimmed it with a dremel and used hot glue around the edge of the front of the mouth to keep it in place.
