This is a foam board coffin I made last year. I am looking for more ideas this year, and would like to revamp it if possible. Any suggestions?

Looks awesome! I wouldn't want to change anything! I love the wood grain detail! I guess you could make a cross ornament or handles or something, but I don't think those really go with a Toe Pincher coffin! I'd just search images.google.com for coffins and maybe get some details or ideas from there, but personally I'd rock it like that! Maybe include a side view so we can see all of it!

Looks great....I agree with beavervw that a cross on or in the lid would look cool. also some boards that go across the coffin would look neat. I have seen others that have a bit of plastic chain wrapped around it and I think that it a nice touch too....

Here is a pic of one of the ones I just built for this years haunt (ETA: I need to add some rope handles to mine yet....):

OH MY GOD. You and I made almost the same coffin. The only difference is I inlaid a vampire symbol in mine and added moss and dripping blood. Same constrcution, same color and burned mine too. Great job!

Ha ha ha....in this case it is the other way around.....I do not have the talent or the patience to carve out foam boards at all.....I find wood very easy and forgiving to work with....

I have said this before, but my props look good from 20 feet away, in the dark with the fog machine going full blast!!!!

I am always in awe of what folks can do with foam boards....from coffins, pillars, walls and headstones.....way beyond my skill level....!!!

Hey, are those Mexican Coca Colas in the background, or regular? I just had my first Mexican Coca Cola today (uses real sugar instead of corn syrup).

I would put some kind of low profile gargoyle type ornamentation or some kind of detailed sculpture on it.

Those are cokes from all over. We collect coke stuff. I love real dr pepper from Dublin, tx! Made with real sugar and you can truly tell a difference.
