Okay, is that a video of the cat? He's (or she's) a cutie. I could tell by the ears and eyes that he was leary, but in the end really wanted to "play" with it. Pretty neat altogether.

I picked up the jumping Zombie the other day. It was $49.00, so not bad I guess, probably less than what it would cost me to make something similar (as long as it doesn't break after 1 night)
I liked the action on it, the jump was pretty quick for non-pneumatic.
What I don't like is the material used for clothing. It's too shiny. Any thoughts on how to improve the clothing without adding too much weight (which will probably effect the mechanism)Doctor Grim

You try covering the shiny clothing with dyed cheesecloth.

The pop-up zombie is cool for a non-pneumatic prop. It is described as for indoor or "sheltered outdoor" use. What components do you see that may become damaged if subjected to heavy rain? Is the motor part water-proofed? Perhaps the weight of a wet zombie will prevent the mechanism from working properly.
