Earlier this year, I got a score and in it, was my first blucky. Horrible looking, cheap and blocky. I put a different head on it, attached the body parts with wire hangers and still was never happy with it. I was thinking of corpsing it or turning it into a spider victim. But seeing many pics here, I was inspired and bought at Lowes a fre plastic connector and duck tape. Got a nice skull the other day at Sears for 4$ (clearance stuff from last year).
I also bought some wood stainer to paint him later this week.
So, what do you think? Of course, I will improve him more.
this was the first improvement...
not bad, I think..

OK you’re the one to ask.
How or what is the best way to improve Blucky's mobility in the arms (other than those stupid pins they come with)? I got a large TARGET Blucky like fellow and I need to bend his arms better than they can as is. Can you help?
As you can guess>>> here I have the arms removed from the body because they wont bend like this> LOL
