I purchased moss on Ebay last year and paid dearly for it with shipping {$$$$ Expensive}....I stored it in a garbage bag for use again this year...IT MOLDED and decomposed! Yuck!
I would like some moss this year.....Does anyone have any ideas? I am in TX....not alot of moss around me!

If you are looking for green moss, I can't really help you there, but Spanish moss can be purchased for 5 bucks a bag at a store like michael's or Jo-ann fabrics. it gives a nice effect.

For green moss you can use dryer lint mixed with elmers glue and a light and dark shade of green.
