I'd suggest wrapping two beach balls in a pink fuzzy blanket or material. The ball on top should be smaller than the bigger one on bottom. U could probably put some other stuffing there too so it doesn't look to snowmanish haaha. If u have any dead person props, u could have body parts sticking out too and cover them with fake blood. Then get a big yellow bowl, preferably with black stripes on it, but if there are none just paint them on or use black duct tape to make them. Put the bowl on top and there ya go! If you don't mind ruining the bowl, cut a hole in top and add the hook, would probably work best with a plastic bowl.
Hope this helps.

I haven't made mine yet, but cacoons are on my list.
I plan to take filled plastic bags and tape them into shape. Then I will cover them in whitened cheesecloth. Then I'll cover it with pink spiderweb (the bag stuff). I've seen several done this way and I like the effect.
I checked ebay and I see a spider victim done with the pink cacoon like I described. You might want to check it out.

Killer Klown Cacoons was more rounded.I would use chicken wire, wrapped in burlap covered in that crappy spider web stuff, then paint pink.

The example was just for color. I'm going to make cotton candy shaped balls, if that makes sense.

The webbing in a bag stuff, or if you don't mind a little extra cost, batting (the fiber filler for pillows and blankets) from the fabric store, and paint pink (spraypaint - you seriously don't want to have to try to brush it on).
Form wise, I'd actually try a few things:
Cardboard. I come across large pieces of card board all the time, and if you cut it into the rounded shapes and do a few cross sections so you have a basic rounded 3-D form and wrap around with the batting and glue/tie it off. (this would be my fave, but I'm really into using cardboard since it's usually free and easy to work with)
1 x 1s to create a form and then put chicken wire over that, and the batting over that. It would be heavier, but stronger.I'm a Halloween Bride! 10/31/2002
