Thread: Bathtub Blood - Stain?

I want to make bloody water in the tub, but not certain if it will stain or not. Has anyone had any luck or recommendations for this?

Last year I decorated the entire bathroom - here is the tub area only...

Used a combination of corn syrup for base then added Hersheys chocolate syrup and red food colouring. You can adjust the colours as you like them. THe corn syrup adds a nice sheen. I mixed this in a small pail then splattered over entire shower and tub - also on a cheap white plastic shower curtain with slashes throughout. Added straight red food colouring and a little Hersheys chocolate in the tub with a foot of water - threw in a few body parts - blood smears on tub surround with a knife and a few smaller body parts. The next am, I used hot, soapy water and wiped everything down in no time at all - my husband was impressed on just how easy this was to clean up. A little sticky but it works.
