Thread: Foam Head Help

I am building an electric chair ( slowly ) and had the body laying around here at work. Well, the guys thought it would be fun to prop it up in windows and doorway but somehow were able to losen the head. I had pvc shoved up in for the neck and pvc cement holding it together. Is there a better way to connect a foam head to pvc or should I try another head and just tell them I'll put them in the chair if they touch it again.

I like using a glue gun. It really grabs the Styrofoam and the PVC. Plus it sets in minutes.
