Some shaving with a Dremel and some tape...
Some coton and latex...
Now with teeth any black paint.......

Looks great! Very creepy. (How about just one eye? and some bloody goo dripping out the other, red paint soaked cotton? )
How do you feel about worms crawling in and out (rubber fishing bait) or maggots (white rice mixed with clear drying glue smeared on)
That's not to suggest he is not great as is, mind you. It looks in the pic that the styro head came with a partial chest and shoulders ....if so where did you find it? (most around here are just the head and neck kind)
