I still need to stretch the video and tweek a few other things but I'm happy with the result. The door will actually replace a real door in my hallway for a party with an insane asylum theme.

Door looks great! Need to switch DVD player to Widescreen though to get rid of the bars.

Thanks for the complements. I can get rid of the side bars if I run it thru my laptop which I plan to do.
