I would look for something like this building - change it from a church to year-round halloween shop.

yes, thoses are the props I got with the prize money.

Even if it was substantial, I'd still try to make it go as far as possible like hitting some of those norton auctions that clear out amusement inventory.....There are a few scare factory pieces, distortions electric chair is classic, etc,etc......That reminds me, I need to check my powerball ticket......ZR

I would buy some scarefactory props to-also those singing bust.
