Help I need a good idea on how to make realistic looking intestines that do not look cheap. Please help

You can use gloss spraypaint (get black & red) and do a layer of black first getting into all the nooks and crannies, then hit it with the red and you should have some nice looking guts on your hands!

You could also go back with a bit of blue paint and a small brush and draw in some veins as well...

That was a great link Frankie's Girl. I liked the twitching legs and guts prop and the step on cheap controller was something I hadn't thought of. I've seen those sold everywhere.

I would take some pink fabric cut some long strips, fold the strip lengthwise and sew the open end shut. Turn it inside out and stuff it with some pillow stuffing. mold it the way you want and then use some varnish to make it glossy.

Great stuff foam if painted properly looks pretty darn good.

yeah thin lines of great stuff or take panty hose and soak it with liquid latex

I used cheap rope, Great Stuff, and gloss red and black spraypaint with about 5 layers of extra clear coat. Check out my 2009 album if you want to see them

Ok the best Tutorial on Guts I have seen belongs to my old friend Kammo, he has it here: http://www.kammoslair.info/Guts/Guts.htm that's his website, lots of great ideas there other than guts, but I personally used this tut for my Vince the Vandel prop a couple of years ago.
