Thread: Addition to the haunted Mansion

This is now my 3rd haunt year with the haunted mansion. Each year it gets additions, and this years additions are really lookin up! This year I purchased "Cave Eyes" from cowlacious.com, so will have blinking eyes in the bushes all around the haunted mansion. Made my first animated prop that Im proud of (it was so simple, why didnt I do this sooner?) - its a peeper. But my big addition this year is a drop panel front door. Its not finished yet, still have to give it some character, but check it out...

No, have plenty of other sound fx and noise and stuff going on... but that would be kinda cool!

Fast and with a loud 'BANG'! Then Ill hand them candy if their still standing there! lol

If you look at the first picture, thats the mansion the kiddos have to walk into... what you see in the other pics is the new front door Im working on. It has a drop panel window to hand out candy. Last year, I just opened the front door, this year, the door will "blend" with the rest of the haunted mansion and with a little scare surprise!
