So for my scarecrow i want to go with some new materials that are not new to the haunt community but are new to me. I hoping that some of you will be familiar with the materials and have an idea as to where i can get them at the cheapest price.

Fake Spanish moss
Cheesecloth
RIT dye
Burlap
Thanks a lot to any and all that can help!

here's a grape vine post of mine from earlier, I know they're in your area. About this time of year I go out and go hunting. Once you start seeing them you'll find them everywhere:
A little bit east of the 59/62 intersection is a good place iirc.rpick89, you may be in a good area for wild grape vines like me. I think concord grapes are from Mass.
I see wild grape vines on a daily basis because I spend a lot of time in the woods for work but I see them most at the edges of old growth tree lines especially along the sides of the roads. You can spot the easily enough from the way they grow in the trees and bushes. They tend to creep up existing bushes and trees then cascade their leaves down toward the ground and their leaf shape is very distinct (the shape reminds me of that evil mogwai from the movie Gremlins...lol) and usually a different color than the surrounding tree. What you rarely see are the grapes. The animals eat them pretty quick I guess. A good rule of thumb is the higher the leaves start, the thicker the vines at the bottom. I usually grab the vine and pull them down from the tree and hack them up to stick in my car. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you

Most garden centers will have burlap pretty cheap. There's also fabric stores for the cheese cloth & burlap. Walmart should have everything on your list fairly cheap too. Michaels will have grape vines, along with the spanish moss.
There was a thread for cheap cheesecloth...searching...Need bulk cheesecloth?, try there. I think we bought out all of Hancock Fabric's cheesecloth but there's other links there.
Me, I tend to just go to my side yard to my grape vines for my grape vines. And grapes too!Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers, the best damn little band you should be listening to!

Grape vines/vines - Seen these in large rolls at Hobby Lobby for about 50% off...don't recall the price, but if you need a lot of them, it would probably still be pretty expensive. I get fake vines from Dollar Tree. $1 for a 4-foot section.
Fake Spanish moss - Dollar Tree, Michaels, Jo Ann, Hobby Lobby...all different prices for different size bags, but you usually get all sorts of 40 and 50% off coupons for places like Jo Ann and Micheals in the mail.
Cheesecloth - I got a ton, even some colored (black) at Walmart last year for pretty cheap.
RIT dye - Are you wanting to make something glow? Use Tide or another fluorescing detergent. You may already have it, and if not, then whatever is left can be used for washing clothes anyway!
Burlap - You want burlap or erosion netting (the big stuff for rotting vine look)? I've gotten burlap for reasonable prices at Home Depot. The Erosion netting is tough to find cheap unless you find it locally because it is so damn heavy (shipping is more than the cost of a roll).
Hope this helps!

Rit dye shoud be available in your grocery store, probably on the same aisle as the laundry detergent. Walmart used to carry cheesecloth and burlap but sadly most stores have discontinued their fabric departments. I now have to drive 45 minutes and spend twice the money at Joann's for my fabric needs. Some home improvemant stores carry them in either the garden center or paint section.
