Thread: Where to download Friday The 13th theme

I am looking for just the opening title from the first Friday the 13th movie. I am willing to pay for it but every place I find I have to buy the whole album. I just want the one song for my Halloween light show music. Thanks for any help.

Have you tried iTunes? Some people have recently posted links to rip music off of you tube files. You could probably find the song on you tube and rip the audio fairly quick.

The disco/rock sound from the original motion picture always makes me laugh. I remember standing in line at a haunted house a few years ago, and they were playing a whole bunch of horror movie songs. The f13 song came on, and no one around me knew what it was. I explained it to everyone, but I don't think they really believed me because everyone thinks of the whole "ch-ch-ch-kill-kill-kill" as the F13 song.

Also - you'd probably get more responses (or even the song emailed to you) if you posted this under the music section.

Go to youtube and find a clip of the theme. When you have the right one go to an online video converter (just google it and hits will come up) copy and paste the link to the video onto the converter and make the output mp3 only. Viola!
