Really nice work bobzilla! Did you make your barnacles out of spray foam?

thxboy... The barnacles are latex. The sculpted clay barnacles were cast in silicon. About 3-4 coats of latex and then pull the latex off the silicon mold. Cut to size and glued on with E-6000 adhesive.

Awesome! I need to try that. I have several pirates in need of some serious barnacling (is that even a word?)
