Thread: Best fog machine under $300

I am looking to step it up from the cheap spirit foggers this year and buy a high quality/high output machine and I am looking for recommendations. I would like to keep it under $300

vei foggers, Ive got a vei 935, another vei 935 on the way for Minions Web (hopefully!), and a vei940(?) party fogger that Ive had over 10 years that STILL works great.

The VEI foggers are very good, I have a 940 and a 950. The only issues I have are that both units shut down at least once under heavy duty on halloween night. This is common, according to VEI, and all you have to do is quickly dis-assemble the machine and hit the thermal re-set switch, which only takes 3-5 minutes tops. My only issue is that I should not have to baby sit my machine at that price. VEI says this is a selling feature, the thermal shut off, so it may not be returned. I am ok with this because I have two Chauvets running at the same time, so if one shouts down the others are still going. My Chauvets, btw, have never shut down once in their 5 years of operation. My 2 cents worth!

Hmmm, any link available for locating the "reset" switch on the VEI machines or is it obvious when you open the machine?
