Your Fogger, I mean. We have some mid-sized units, but this year we'll be unveiling a 1700W Bad Boy that pumps out a rated 15,000 CFM. It's an American DJ Fog Storm 1700HD. I can't wait to pump that through the chiller.

What are some big units out there?

My second V-950 Superfogger arrived in the mail yesterday...now that I'm extending the haunt to the back yard, I figured I'd need to bathe that in fog too, My other one already fogs out the front and depending how the wind blows, brings traffic to a haltt on my street due to zero visibility

I dug out our 3 foggers the other day to test a new chiller concept. We have a 400, a 700 and a 1000. They all put out a nice volume of fog. There was not as much difference in the volume of fog between the 3 as I expected, though the 1000 was demonstrably more than the other two The biggest difference I saw between the 3 was how long they would pump out fog before they stopped.

After testing them, I decided that I would use the 700 for a coffin prop where the fog goes through a chiller and exits inside of the coffin and billows out over the edge of the coffin. The coffin has a motor in it that raises and lowers the lid and also triggers the release of the fog. I imitated the action of the prop using the manual button on the 400 fogger and it couldn't keep up. The 700 did a much better job.

We will use the other foggers elsewhere in the graveyard. I have to admit though, it is really tempting to buy one of those 1700 watt "continuous" foggers.

I have a couple of 400's and a 700; all are the el chepo models. However, I'm waiting for the chauvet 750 to arrive any day now, that should definitely do the trick volume wise for the back yard!

That's what the guys with the little units always say!

I only have a couple little units as well. I'm really like to upgrade to a bigger one this year, but can't justify spending several hundred dollars on a fogger. For now multiple little ones will have to suffice.

My little unit works great! no complaints so far Plus it would cost a lot to switch to a larger one!

I concede. You win. (Really I'm just worried about my sillybandz order getting "lost"...)

Instead of buying a high watt fogger, this year I'm going to try what this guy did, except I'm going to make a long run that goes across my whole yard and put a fogger at each end. I'll also put some water bottles throughout the pipe to help cool the fog. Hopefully there won't be any wind and it will work great!

The tube is a great idea....I've used french drain pipe, which is cheaper the past couple of years...it has two parallel rows of holes, so I duct tape one side shut. This year I'm going to use the tube too as the outer ring on my flaming pentacle....fire + fog = rock

I have a brand new Chauvet 1300 for the chiller, a Chauvet 1250 that I am going to use with the drain pipe for more cemetery fog, a 400watt fog machine that I have had for 11years and is still going strong for the patio area, and I am going to get one more 400watt fogger for my laser vortex
