OK, here's the deal. I got some foam for free and I am in the process of building an above ground tomb. It's the white kind of foam, which I know is a little more tricky to work with. I've heard of people Dry Locking their foam in other threads.
My question is: Do I Dry Lock first or paint first? It will be outside and I assume the Dry Lock is to protect it.
A secondary question is that the panels are pieced together instead of full lengths (hey, it was free). Should I use mesh drywall tape and some compound to hide the seams?
    Thanks for the help.

Drylock is tintable and available in colors, there's no need to paint first. You may want to prime the foam first with Kilz2 if you are going to use it year after year.
    Undead and loving it!

Drylock first...if you can get the grey drylock and it may save you a painting step! We used drylock then I added washes of black, then touches of green and that burnt umber color to get the aged effect but the base color is all drylock. To fill in cracks and seams I used wood putty then waited till dry then sand it down...do this before drylocking. Ive added a pic of one of my stones that you can see the color of the drylock with the added washes.
