Every year I have wanted to make my own props and decorations , instead of bought ones. This year I have looked into making my own lifesize corpse prop. I have all the materials and ready to get stuck into it.

The promblem is I went for a polystrene head for the prop and don't know where to start and don't want to do anything wrong , as I want it to look great.

my polystrene head is like this one:

I have realised I will have to cut it to make eye socket's, it's just the nose and mouth im confused about . If anyone can give me any advise it would be great and much appreciated x

I used one last year to make a witch head.

I hollowed out the eyes and mouth. Used ping pong balls for eyes and a cheap, kiddie teeth set for the mouth. Made a nose out of styro I had laying around. Hot glued them into place.

Then I used dryer lint paper mache to build everything up. And painted.
