Another build wrapping up here. This one I call coffin banger. Similar to a Monster in a box or Terra's DMX vampire. Uses a .75 inch bore 6 inch cylinder. I'm either going to leave it laying flat or angle it so it's upright. The video is tough to see in the dark.

Also I posted some air cannons (5) I'm selling in the "sales" section. Here is a link to that. As always more videos there

Here is another video. I never thought of dimming the basement lights so you can see it better. I'll try to get better video of it in action.

Taking suggestions on what the other cylinder should do?

    Make in jump
    hand reaching out
    Head crashing through the front

What do you use to make it all in sync? ie. lights, air cylinder and sound. Is it on a motion sensor? BTW, I think its awesome

I like it, couldn'thear the banging lid over the sound effect, but the growling was the perfect sound in my opinion.

It will be on a beam sensor. It's run by a picoboo105. You program the routine and it spits back exactly what you told it to do. They work flawlessly. I have around 7 of them and they never change after years of activation.

Awesome prop.. I want to automate my coffins as well, but haven't had the time. That is really sweet, though!
