I have a combination of walls in my haunt.
We have two big 12' x 12' party tents that we hang thick black plastic from. Then hang scene setters over it to cover the black. Several of the partition walls in and around the tents are made of simple 1" x 3" frames covered with landscape fabric. You can attach the partitions to the tents with plastic draw tabs from Home Depot. Also, several of the 1" x 3" frames are corner units attached with simple angle brackets that helps hold everything together and provides a great maze.

As the first year as a pro haunt, covering the walls had been my biggest challenge.

Some back ground. I got maybe 10 4x8 panels given to me. I have a large 20,000 sq ft space to fill! The plan was, I would buy some 2x4's and some osb and make some and I was supposed to get a bunch of lumber donated to me, but the lumber company backed out.

So here I am in a pinch.

What I had to do, is spend about $400 dollars on enough 2x4's and shrink the proposed maze down a little.

I bought 4 rolls of 4 ml fire retardant black plastic and stretched over the 4x8 frames. It actually worked better than I thought and looks ok. But next year I hope to go with osb covering on everything. I did get creative in some areas and made some walkways out of the orange construction plastic netting, where it made sense, like the toxic area and after the prison scene for a little stretch. I also used a section of chain link fence I had and that looks cool in the toxic area.

Where there is a wall with black plastic on one side and they walk around and are next to the other side, I am a little concerned that they may trip or as they are feeling their way around maybe hit there fingers/hands on the studs (as they are exposed on the back side) I may put some scrap long pieces of osb or 2x4s as kind of a giude riail about waste high. Hope you got the idea.
