It was raining, i was bored and i had some components laying around so i threw this together this weekend. A Boris type laughing skull, blue styro for the fountain itself and a Spirit Store cauldron fogger with color changing LED's. Throw on some stone paint and a little moss and .....VOILA! instant Skull Fountain.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OS4YgJ6K9aw
