I wanted to make some of those spider egg pods that Marthat Stewart shocased a few years back. I went almost everywhere looking for white thigh highs. Well wouldn't you know....I can't find any anywhere!! Imagine that! I'll try at other places but I think I won't be able to make them. Sux lol!

I made some with knee-hi stockings, worked great and fairly easy to find.

Yeah I meant the knee highs lol. I looked all over (dollar stores, Wal-Mart, Giant Tiger) and found not a one! They had black, nudes and that was about it. Wierd!

I never thought to try using white nylons, thanks for the tip. Im going to look at Walmart for them, they are usually cheap, and you can always get the nylons that are attach at the waist and cut off the leg parts to use. Then you have enough for 2 spider sacks. yay, I was thinking I was going to have to buy a buttload of spider webbing, this makes me only have to use a tiny bit to stretch across.

    Also here- http://www.dillards.com/webapp/wcs/s...D14&R=03144226
Dillards has a 2 pair pack for $6. Thats 4 egg sacks for $1.50 each.

The trick now is to find the itty bitty spiders and not the multi color spider rings. Maybe Party City?
