My sister gave me her old original iphone and I know what your thinking,"What does that have to do with props?" I saw that you can operate monkey basic / helmsman remotely via an iphone, ipod, ipad, and itouch. The problem I am having is that it is locked. I only want to use it for wi-fi, photos, music, videos, and nothing else. I don't plan to use it as a phone since I already have my own phone. I've heard that I do not need to have a phone account to use it like an ipod touch. Anyone here have any suggestions on what I can do to make it work.

What exactly do you mean by locked?

Search Google for software to jailbreak the phone - once that's done you'll be able to access the apps.
