So I went on a scavaging hunt at local businesses and picked up 6 pallets in order to make a couple of toe pinchers. Then I was out meeting with a customer and came across a pallet graveyard. I found an estimated 100 old distressed pallets laying around. And the best part is the owner told me that I could have them all. Besides coffins, crates, and fencing what other options/ideas do you have that I could use these for?
Thanks for your help!:

I agree. The first thing I would use them for is a MIB. Pallet wood is good for any wood decor, IMO, for halloween. See a thread about a toe pincher out of pallet wood, and the wood was burned with a torch to antique it. The picture looked great. I could definitely use more pallets. There's lots next door at work, just can't get them down, he's got them stack 10-12 feet high!

It depends on what your haunt theme is I guess. Mine is a Haunted Pirate ship theme, so I have been building several props out of pallet wood during the last couple of weeks (coffins, treasure chest, etc) for it.
Here are links to my prop threads:
Pallet wood Treasure chest and Jewelry box.
Pallet wood coffin...
I plan on using pallet wood to build a Hangman's Gallows and some wooden grave markers in the next week or so.....Thank ye matey, from the bottom of me scurvy heart......"One Eye'd" Mick

Yup, it all depends on your theme.
Though I would have to say the pallet coffin goes with almost everything. Since you have access too so many pallets you could easily build a structure, something like a pallet shack to house a witch or something.
Just remember, tearing apart those pallets is truly excruciating work. Of course you can always use a circular saw/reciprocating saw to cut them apart but you lose a bit of length on the boards.

I have to agree with ezekiel.....working with pallets is a chore.... I ended up using a Sawzall to cut the pallets apart by cutting through the spiral nails. Then I used a nail punch to knock out the nail heads.
What I break or don't use, I end up burning in my fire pit, so I put it all to good use.....

Build your fence and toe pinchers first. Then with the left overs board up your windows. B
