Thought I would share the centerpiece of my haunt this year. My 4 year old daughter has named him "pirate steve" and she likes me to play the audio routine so she can recite it in time with him. She knows all the words now. Future haunter I think...... This was all based on instructions from the 3-axis thread, GYS and VSA software.
I will post a video of the full finished prop when I'm done with final assembly (maybe this week). Now I need to get crackin on my other pirate props for this year.....

very cool! Im always so amazed with those types of props. Which threads did you use for your tutorial specifically and did you do the audio yourself? It rocks!

Thanks!
Mostly I used the "3-axis skull in progress" My 3 axis skull...in progress thread with some parts I bought from Graveyardskulls.com
I did all the modification, aging, and build myself as well as the programming. I really wanted to do as much as I could from the ground up to understand the engineering so I could apply it to some larger parts of my haunt design.
I'll post some pics of the final prop soon.....
